- Basic up to $4500
- 5 days, 9am-6pm
- Bugis (shared co working space for now)
- Office environment
Job Scope:
- Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from theclient. (High net worth individuals and corporates)
- Provide consultation and guidance in assisting clients to achieve their visa application objectives
- Provide guidance in the collection of documents, drafting of the required letters and visa application forms
- Be the subject matter expert in the respective immigration visa process
- Liaise with Immigration Department of various countries' destinations, eg. Singapore, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Europe, Malaysia, etc
- Attend to clients’ queries and completion of formalities when applications were processing and being approved subsequently
- Manage own caseload and assist colleagues where required, including to comply with all associated administrative duties
- Research for information and constant updates regarding immigration matters
- Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents, when necessary
- Create and update data library
- Maintain the database with accurate client information and milestones
- Other general administrative work eg. reporting and data management
