Job summary
We are looking for someone to be at the front lines of customer and partner support providing the guidance they seek when and how they need it as part of the Singapore Immigration team. This role requires superior customer service skills, attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, all while managing multiple critical customer requests. To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think outside the box, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.
Key job responsibilities
Manage the process for the collection of Singapore Immigration documents by the employee after issuance from the Ministry of Manpower (MoM)
Respond to Singapore immigration inquiries regarding document collection from employees, candidates, managers, HR, etc.
Assist with regular work permit, permanent residency and other ancillary application filings through the MoM portal
Manage some straightforward permanent residency and work permit cases in conjunction with Singapore Immigration Specialists
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to ensure scalability and a high-quality customer experience
Develop immigration standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Contribute to and help author immigration resources that promote self-service
Understand, collect data and pull reports from HR tools, and maintain data in system

The team of project managers, analysts and experienced immigration subject matter experts act as strategic partners and consultants to Amazon business leaders and partner teams. The team centrally manages immigration filings and the vendors that support Amazon, and delivers projects to improve the cost, quality and compliance for immigration services at Amazon.
