Job Description

Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on professional to take charge of the technical execution and coordination of ongoing infrastructure projects. This individual will act as a key liaison among internal departments, suppliers, and on-site partners, ensuring every phase of the project progresses according to plan, adheres to design requirements, and achieves top-notch quality outcomes.

Primary Duties & Accountabilities:

Manage project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, specifications, and standards are fully met. Draft and maintain comprehensive implementation plans and resource schedules after contract confirmation. Supervise and engage with service partners and material providers to ensure compliance with engineering guidelines and quality benchmarks. Evaluate technical submissions, design drawings, and material documents for completeness and conformity. Track progress across all deliverables, identify variances, and issue progress summaries and reports to stakeholders. Conduct on-site reviews to verify work quality, sequence, and coordination with other trades. Proactively identify risks or potential delays and take corrective action to maintain smooth execution. Develop and organize test documentation, inspection checklists, and acceptance procedures (factory and site level) while coordinating client participation. Work closely with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to facilitate integrated testing and commissioning activities. Coordinate with drafting specialists to address inconsistencies in technical drawings and to prepare accurate as-built records. Support the project administration function by assembling maintenance manuals, documentation sets, and handover packages.

Ideal Background & Competencies:

Diploma or Degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Engineering, Construction, or Project Coordination. Minimum 1 year of relevant exposure in site coordination, project execution, or engineering management -- experience in mission-critical or technical facility projects will be advantageous. Familiar with project implementation workflows and strong organizational capability for technical documentation. Knowledge of planning methodologies and scheduling tools. Workplace safety certification (WSQ/WSH) will be an added benefit. Self-driven, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with high ethical standards. Able to operate effectively both in a team setting and independently in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
