We are seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage international shipments, provide sales support, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate import and export operations including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking


Provide support to the sales team with order processing and customer inquiries


Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with international trade regulations


Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers


Monitor shipment timelines and resolve any logistical issues promptly


Requirements:


Previous experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding preferred


Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail


Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
