Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
  • Track and trace shipments as required
  • Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers
  • Ensure documents are timely sent to customer
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
  • Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments exceeding customer service expectations
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Assist customers to resolve issues faced when shipping through services in a timely manner so as to prevent cumulative cost (if any) and damages.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry
  • Good analytical and communication skills
