Job Description
Responsibilities
- General Import / Export Processing Management
- Process machine and parts orders from our customers
- Handle logistics for both SMT and FA products
- Warehouse administration of stock for both SMT and FA products
- Assist with the logistics needs of the company.
- Operate with sales management system A1-stream.
- Assist with exhibitions.
- Export control of machines and parts
- Support financial information from A1 stream as required.
- Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague and business related.
- Assist human resource related and general affairs.
- Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company.
- Diploma from a recognised tertiary institution or \'A\' levels from a recognised tertiary institution.
- 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience handling Letter of Credit.
- Experience handling shipping documentations.
- Knowledge on incoterms, taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance and inventory system.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
- Experience in trading industry will be an added advantage.
