Job Description

Role Responsibilities & TasksSupply Fulfillment Execution. Manage Delivery Scheduling and Order Release. Ensure sufficient materials to support site build plans - schedule right QTY of material from a vendor for arrival at specified date at specified site. Support pull-in requests that has impact to wafer loading, and expedite deliveries. Update orders to support site pull-ins, build adds/expedites, or push-outs as required by site build schedule. Block materials due to quality issues; release or reorder based upon MRBInventory Management Execution. Work with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and execute global inventory strategic direction for FE manufacturing sites. Monitor and adjust global inventory to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes safety stock (SS), reorder point (ROP) and lead time maintenance as well as part/material obsolescence management.. Implement recommended actions to achieve targets for global inventory value, turns, safety stock and replenishment points.. Implement inventory specific savings levers such as vendor stocking, supplier managed, or consignment programs. Execute the implementation of inventory strategies and compliance and participate in the resolution of any constraints or issuesInterface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers on Materials Management Strategies. Ensure stakeholder requirements are met. Sustain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Work with direct and cross-functional teams to implement and execute global strategic direction in supply fulfillment and inventory management. Communicate global materials inventory status, trends, and results to all pertinent partnersEnsure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment. Adhere to all Micron safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment. Maintain knowledge and apply company safety and ensure compliance, labor and ethics policies. Communicate requirements and expectations to leaders and external stakeholdersExecute Improvement Plan. Provide input and recommendation to leadership on the building and implementing of department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects. Proactive in recommending solutions to constraints or issuesRequirementsBachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree in the following disciplines: Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field of studyPreferred Requirements. Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement and Supply Chain. Gas & Chemical, Spares parts or Operating Supplies. Fluent business English. Good knowledge of SAP for Materials Management is required. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills is strongly preferred. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing. Organized, detail-oriented, and strong focus on results. Strong communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive advocate. Demonstrated relationship management skills, good attitude, initiative. Innovation and Teamwork focused. Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional organizations to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource
