A global leader in FMCG is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager in Singapore. With a multi-billion dollar revenue and huge worldwide presence, the company offers a wide range of beauty care products.

About the Indirect Procurement Manager Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Indirect Procurement Manager\'s main responsibilities include managing the implementation of company\'s initiatives in supply chain (logistics and distribution) for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with technical supply chain functions (distribution, warehouse, logistics, transportation) and corporate services to lead the procurement-to-pay process of indirect commodities
• Conduct market analysis and data gathering, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, tracking of savings and reporting performance management
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in order to execute category management strategy
• Successfully manage strategic sourcing activities across multiple markets for mixed categories, ideally with experience within distribution and manufacturing equipment

To be successful in this role, you need to possess regional experience in indirect procurement, preferably from the retail or FMCG industries.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in procurement or supply chain
• Minimum of six years of experience, preferably within the retail/FMCG industry and exposure to indirect procurement
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong data analytical skills
• CPM/CPSM or any equivalent procurement certification is a plus
• Demonstrated proactiveness in previous roles and problem-solving skills
• Travelling within the APAC markets is a requirement
• Excellent communication skills
