Job Description

- Position Title: Individual Support Specialist
- Working Location: Raffles Place (Walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the specific needs of students requiring additional support.
- Provide one-on-one support sessions to address students\' emotional and social development needs.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.
- Closely monitor and document the student\'s academic performance and behavioural developments, adjusting support plans to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate with parents, providing updates on their child\'s progress and advising on how to support learning at home.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Must have at least a professional Diploma in Education/ Special Education/ Counselling/ Psychology or related fields.
- Understanding special education is highly desirable.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; training is provided.
