- Assist and support Key Account Manager / Executive
- Review incoming enquiries
- Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
- Follow up quotation with customer
- Processes customer orders
- Create/issue Purchase Requisition & PO to vendors and manufacturers
- Coordinate documentation for shipment
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
- Assist colleagues during their absence
- Any other ad hoc assignments
- Min Diploma / Degree holder
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the same industry (not a must)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed, responsible and aggressive
- Positive working attitude
- Team player
- Proficient in MS Office
