The Responsibilities:
This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on office administrative matters which include:
Oversee office facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related needs
Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in meeting rooms
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, optimizing processes
Manage inventory and procurement of office and pantry supplies and equipment
Ensure office equipment is functional, arranging repairs or replacements
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and review performance
Coordinate and support office events, meetings, and conferences
Implement and enforce health and safety protocols
Develop and manage the office services budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Handle travel arrangements and expenses for the Singapore office
Maintain corporate hotel rates and manage Gift & Entertainment reports
Perform additional duties as required by the company and the Global HR Team
The Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in any fields of studies
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in office management, facilities management, or related roles and experience in MNC is preferable
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to flexibly respond to and excel amid fast-paced organizational transformations and evolution
Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Advanced)
