Responsibilities:

• Responsible for actively selling a variety of accessories and software as after-market products by making proactive telephone calls and sending emails.
• Proactively assesses and qualifies leads obtained from the company\'s website, tradeshows, and other marketing communication channels. This involves engaging in telephone conversations and email correspondence.
• Manages and enhances the customer database for the region by diligently utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, documenting call notes, and leveraging the CRM as a tool for managing opportunities.
• Generates quotations for after-market product sales in the region using the configure, price, and quote (CPQ) system.
• Occasionally visits customers and conducts hands-on demonstrations to test and showcase software usage.
• Collaborates closely with the service teams to ensure successful referrals for service-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or relevant engineering discipline
• 2-5 years of technical sales experience (indoor/outdoor)
