As a Travel & Transportation Industry Advisor, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our customers in the travel and transportation sector. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge, business acumen, and technical expertise to help them achieve their strategic goals and optimize their business outcomes. You will work closely with the sales team, the solutions team, and the partner ecosystem to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities that align with Microsoft\'s vision and value proposition. You will also act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for our customers, providing insights, best practices, and guidance on how to leverage Microsoft\'s cloud, AI, and data solutions to address their industry challenges and opportunities.Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the travel and transportation industry, specifically Airlines across Asia, 3PL\xe2\x80\x99s across Asia, and understand their business needs, drivers, and pain points.

• Articulate and demonstrate the value of Microsoft\'s industry solutions and offerings, and how they can help our customers achieve their digital transformation objectives.
• Lead and orchestrate customer engagement, run workshops, identify solutions and build a transformation roadmap for these customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team, the solutions team, and the partner ecosystem to create and execute account plans, strategies, and tactics to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback and insights to the industry solutions team and the product development team on customer requirements, market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry developments, innovations, and technologies, and share your knowledge and expertise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in the travel and transportation industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• At least 5 years of experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or account management, with a strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of the travel and transportation industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and solutions, and how Microsoft\'s cloud, AI, and Data technologies can address them.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is a plus.
