Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of SME customers via various channels including outbound prospecting.
  • Assist SME clients with onboarding and conduct customer due diligence to comply with mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and up-sell the Bank\'s Beyond Banking products and solutions to help customers in their business growth.
  • Establish and build long term and profitable banking relationships with customers by actively engaging business owners by understanding and mapping up of their journey & operations, across various industries to develop solutions to address their needs.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience in the banking industry, covering local SMEs is preferred.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders.
  • Candidates with local SMEs experience would be an added advantage.
