Please apply if you have experience in IT incident management including project coordination exposure. This role is part of the SG-Mail team. This team provides Email Services, Skype for business, Sharepoint, SMS, EXO / Microsoft and Teams services to Whole of Government (WOG) users. SG-Mail team handles incidents in country and/or agency-level cases.
This role would be a level-up experience if you have been handling banks or company-level kind of incident management.
Responsibilities
Incident Management for SG-Mail Services to WOG client
To understand SG-Mail environment to provide the incident management supports \xe2\x80\x93 Infrastructure incidents or User incident
To handle/manage the SG-Mail related incidents to close with SLA
To manage P1 infrastructure case and P1 VVIP case to provide regular update and closure within SLA
To coordinate the incident between SG-Mail L2 and vendor, ATFM to resolution
To perform incident analyse to improve incident handling time a reduce the incident to reoccur
Project Coordination
To handle mini projects requested by agencies and to close within project timeframe, common projects include :
Agencies domain change
Investigation
Move user from agency to agency
EXO migration support & etc.
Requirements
At least a Diploma in IT/Computing
Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization
Demonstrated experience of Managed Services
Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
