Job Description

Provide on-site support, remote IT services to end-users pertaining to laptops, computer, and network appliances Manage and maintain accuracy of inventory records (hardware / software / licenses) Manage IT operation and responsible for work process and operating procedures documentation Manage the renewal of hardware / software contract warranty, and licenses. Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, etc) Assisting business in optimizing their processes through the development of automation tools including Excel VBA, PowerApp, etc Assist in management of IT vendors for the delivery of IT services Assist with new systems testing and implementation Ensure IT security and procedural changes are adhered to industry best practices Stocktake and management of stock items using Inventory Management SystemInfrastructure support: Work closely with IT and Infrastructure Team Lead for any repairs and maintenance work. Monitor, track, and report feedback on faults reported regarding any operational issues to Team Lead Communicate and liaise with various stakeholders to plan and execute IT and Infrastructure projectsRequirements: Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science System administration (Active Directory/Exchange/MS Office365) Hands on experience in installation of IT hardware and software Able to multi-task and highly adaptable A positive attitude and willingness to learn An interest or experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage Willing to learn new technologies like Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI
