DESIGNATION : InfraOps Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring an Infrastructure Operations Lead to maintain, elevate and transform our Cloud and On-Premise Infrastructure. We are embracing Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform and Ansible. Our environment is multi-cloud AWS/GCP and Private Cloud with hyperconverged infrastructure. Our goal is to standardize and increase public Cloud adoption as well as creating the same capabilities on-premise, in a new private cloud environment. Main activities will be as below:

• Manage and lead Infrastructure Operations for Private and Public cloud platforms that is secure, scalable, and highly available
• Manage, Implement and Maintain day-to-day IT Infrastructure operations
• Providing technical support and engaging stakeholders for business requirements
• Lead and orchestrate Infrastructure projects, migrations and deployments
• Improve and drives the automation for IT Infrastructure operational activities, healthchecks and performance monitoring
• Monitor availability of services to ensure that they meet agreed service levels and performance indicators
• Hands on management and operations of server and storage environments in an Hybrid Infrastructure environment
• Hand on management of the infrastructure life cycle and security patches for operating systems, servers and virtualized platforms
• Ensuring end executing regular backup of systems and leading the disaster recovery/business continuity implementation
• Managing, Documenting and Review Infrastructure Standard Operating Procedure and Policies
• Update technical documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory/asset management, service subscriptions and support/maintenance contracts
• Planning and execution of Infrastructure refresh programs and transformation to Private and Public cloud platforms

• Tertiary education in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of IT experience in a similar position with hands-on experience in managing On-Premise and AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong people management skills, ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of infrastructure technologies, trends and strategy
• Possess hands-on experience and good technical skills with proven track records in IT infrastructure
• Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating and managing Windows and Linux Operating Systems, Storage, Networking and Backup Solutions
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating and managing multi/hybrid cloud environment - AWS, GCP and Private clouds
• Working experience in Windows Active Directory management and System Privileged Access Management
• Working experience in management of Virtualization Platforms, server hardware and SAN /NAS storage
• Working experience in management of Backup Solutions
• Working experience in management of automated OS builds, deployment and upgrades.
• Working experience in Networking - IP Addressing/Subnets, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls,WAF, Load Balancers, DNS, etc
• Experience in one of IaC language: Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Google Deployment Manager, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, etc
• Experience in one or more scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, Python, NodeJs, etc
• Experience in standard security concepts for User Management, OS Hardening etc
• Experience in service management delivery, asset management, configuration management and capacity planning
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and proven documentation methodology
• Preferably certified or experience in ITIL, PCI DSS and ISO 27001
• Cloud certifications in AWS and/or Google Cloud
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels
• Highly autonomous and capable to drive changes
