Job Responsibilities:

Industry Experience:

• At least 15 years in infrastructure technology space (on premise or cloud), with profound knowledge to analyse, plan and design company's technology platform needs and execute such plans and designs (with hosting partner, core enterprise partner).
• Setup, manage, drive, monitor and improve the company's technology infrastructure (include full telecommunications, hardware and back-end software) and recommend any upgrades required to the senior leaders.
• As a team lead, support head of BIO to manage company technology and business application policies, including information policy, data/information access, network security, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
• Have been working in logistics execution environment covering shipping, transportation, warehousing, and international freight management (shipper or logistics service provider environment), not less than 15 years with understanding of the complex network interface, data flow and exchange required for business.
• Have experienced working with Small Medium Enterprise within Singapore, that embark on SAP S4 HANA as core enterprise adoption, with experience partnering with hosting partner, ERP partner, network partner to ensure a healthy eco-system.
• Have experienced in leading, driving global infrastructure technology network management (Asia Pacific, Europe, USA).
• Ideal knowledge in ISO Tank, Container TEU freight management or shipping (as a shipper or logistics service provider)
• Ideal Knowledge in managing digital project before (NFC, HMI, IT/OT, Logistics Engineering and Automation).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Computer Engineering field
• Proven Infrastructure Service Manager with certification with PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, CCSK, ISSMP, CCNP from accredited certification body, and have supported at least 2 successful major SAP S4 HANA Core Enterprise implementation and regional rollout.
• Been an experienced infrastructure and technology leader, putting in place (network security, disaster recovery, backup, anti-virus/spam, redundancy, Service Organisation Control, ISO 27001 Audit programs) not less than 15 years.
• Strong technical knowledge in either of the operating (AWS/Microsoft/Google) Cloud technology platform.
