Job Responsibilities

• Review and design Infrastructure environment consisting of servers, network, database, middleware and storage

• Play a key role in building future Infrastructure roadmaps, developing strategies for future modernization in Cloud, automation and microservices.

• Lead as the main Infrastructure SME, providing advisory on best practices and answering enquires from other technology teams

• Ensure current software platforms and practices are aligned with the objectives of other Technology groups for the bank as a whole

• Define architecture for projects and work with Application teams to ensure the right testing environments for deployments

• Work with DevOps teams to ensure a smooth integration of Ansible and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Terraform and other Infrastructure management tools.

Job Scope

• At least 10-12 years of Infrastructure experience, with at least 4 years of Architectural design experience

• Experience working in a modernized Infrastructure environment and tools such as Cloud and VMware.

• Experience working with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes and Chef

• Strong communication skills, as you will be liaising with multiple Technology teams and reporting technical updates to stakeholders
