About the job
Manage projects related to all infrastructure components data center consolidation, migration, collocation, network upgrade, expansion or move to cloud based solution adoption etc.
Manage IT network infrastructure, software and hardware system packages.
Responsible for IT infrastructure set up and GMP qualification for biopharma.
Organize and ensure projects stays within the confines of the time restraints and allotted budget of the company.
Responsible for overseeing continual programming of IT services.
Maintain positive and fluid alignment between business strategy and technology.
Manage IT staff and overseeing budgets
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Any other duties as assigned.
About you
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science/IT or related majors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology leadership \xe2\x80\x93 specialist experience in infrastructure and/ or data transformation programs preferable.
Experience working on large corporate projects and programs.
Prior experience with GMP qualification and set up experience for IT infrastructure in biopharma industry is preferred.
Sound knowledge of Portfolio Governance methods, risk management and assurance concepts.
Well versed in network infrastructure, software, hardware systems, IT operations, data storage system migration, project management.
Familiar with hardware servers, computers, data centers, switches, hubs and routers, software ERP and network administrator etc.
Strong and proven stakeholder management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to guide and influence decision making at management level.
Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities.
Systematic and disciplined approach to planning, organizing, decision making and delegation.
Skilled ability to work in a dynamic leadership team, contributing to the overall goals of the group.
