Contract Duration\xc2\xb7 Immediate to 31 March 2025 (With an option to extend for 1 year)Working Location\xc2\xb7 YishunWorking Hours\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.00am to 5.15pm; Fri: 8.00am to 4.45pm)Lunch: 45 minsMonthly Offered Salary

  • Base Year (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025): Up to S$2,000 per month
  • Option Year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026): Up to S$2,100 per month
Requirements\xc2\xb7 Possess at least a GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level certification\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate printing machines\xc2\xb7 Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy skills\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently\xc2\xb7 Possess good interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers\xc2\xb7 Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience\xc2\xb7 Perform bulk printing and duplicating services using in-house photocopier machines\xc2\xb7 Perform finishing works onto printouts such as corner-stapling, hole-punched, collate by class & saddle-stitch\xc2\xb7 Support Examination Committee in printing, collation, movement and safekeeping of the examination papers under prevailing tightened measures\xc2\xb7 Ensure the printouts match the printing requests\xc2\xb7 Ensure printing jobs are performed accurately and timely\xc2\xb7 Maintain and upkeep the stationery inventory in the printing room\xc2\xb7 Liaise with printer company on machine\xe2\x80\x99s consumables\xc2\xb7 Support front office during peak periods such as recess time & dismissal and perform simple administration duties\xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned by supervisor
