Job Description

The Innovation Hub Analyst plays a key role in managing the daily operations of a high-tech experience center. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting AV and digital equipment, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth technical performance during events. Additionally, the analyst manages event logistics (e.g., room set-up, catering, tech support), and contributes to content development for immersive experiences and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and maintain AV systems (e.g., videowalls, projectors, iPads, Extron). Coordinate with external vendors for equipment setup and maintenance. Support staff and guests with technical troubleshooting. Manage end-to-end logistics for events and experiences. Assist in developing and delivering engaging content (PowerPoints, videos, interactive dashboards, Oculus apps). Support research and innovation themes for the hub.


Strong interest and hands-on experience in AV and collaboration tech. Skilled in troubleshooting and vendor coordination. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. * Interest in innovation, strategy consulting, and content creation.
