It\'s a great time to join us and make an impact in shaping the future of our business.Inside Sales Engineering.\xc2\xb7 Review customer RFQ applications/specifications and prepare technical proposals/responses.\xc2\xb7 To generate quotations for all divisional products in response to customer RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining accurate records of all quotation and contractual information.\xc2\xb7 Entering Projects onto RSMS following quotation review and action the sales team as required.\xc2\xb7 Review customer purchase orders against sales quotations to ensure that the information is complete, correct, concise and organised.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with customers for the jobs associated with projects and bring them up to date as needed.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with the operations manager and/or RSS Manager for any factory fit and/or site work needed for jobs related to projects.\xc2\xb7 Work with the sales team to gather customer information required in order to complete a contract.\xc2\xb7 Liaison with departments such as Purchasing, Production Planning, Engineering, Accounts, and Shipping ensuring fulfillment of the customer requirements.\xc2\xb7 Participating in internal and external meetings with customers, inspectors, and expeditors.\xc2\xb7 Assist with processing of sales order and other purchase order from time to time due to overload and staff absences.\xc2\xb7 Co-operate with their manager to identify and implement best practices throughout the Company.\xc2\xb7 Training other employees as needed from time to time.\xc2\xb7 As required working within a project sales team to provide a coordinated effort to ensure the Rotork outcome.\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Experience in the sales of engineered industrial valve automation products, instrumentation and services through direct and indirect channels.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with techniques required to co-ordinate the sale of products and services for capital projects as well as to resellers and end-users.\xc2\xb7 Applicable degree or advanced diploma plus directly related experience in a related position.\xc2\xb7 Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Sound time management and planning skills.\xc2\xb7 Well-developed self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of and experience with the use of Microsoft Office\xc2\xae. and the ability to use proprietary software systems.\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and succinctly in English at all levels both written and oral.\xc2\xb7 Well-developed numeracy and mathematical competency.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work as part of a team.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of international business and logistics practices.\xc2\xb7 Experience in a contractual environment and understanding of implications of contract law.\xc2\xb7 Good technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge.\xc2\xb7 Numerate (costing take\xe2\x80\x90offs, loading etc.) & analytical\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of C.A.D. and/or Solid edge/other packages
