Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, handle inquiries, feedback and complaints.
Plan and schedule deliveries and prepare relevant shipping & documentation requirements.
Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure material availability.
Follow up on purchase orders to support on-time fulfillment of customer requirements.
Liaise with the logistics team to arrange and monitor outgoing shipments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP software
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Possess strong teamwork skills and a positive work attitude
