Responsibilities:
Lead and support the internal sales team to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sample production submissions, reports, delivery schedules, and quality-related matters.
Prepare and issue quotations accurately and in a timely manner, followed by proactive engagement to secure orders.
Manage the full order process (by internal sales team) including order entry, production coordination, delivery scheduling, and shipping documentation.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Prepare purchase requisitions and work closely with the Procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
Verify that all risk purchases are properly reviewed and approved by management.
Conduct sales presentations and engage with key stakeholders to support business negotiations and account development.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in sales within a manufacturing or technical environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability
Strategic yet hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
