Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to Sales Administration Supervisor/ Sales Manager.
• Handles merchant inquiries; qualifies and nurtures the leads to potential business opportunities.
• Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.
• Act as the internal account coordinator to help merchants achieve the ultimate goal for an active account.
• Solves non-routine issues, challenges, and problems within the field of specialization.
• Demonstrate value by understanding the impact of current challenges and how Dragonpay can create a better experience for merchant's stakeholders.
• Coordinate with appropriate departments in the resolution of merchant inquiries.
• Be a great teammate by working closely with management to ensure merchant prospects have an incredible experience.
• Meeting or exceeding both personal and team sales goals and quotas
• Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture on the sales team.
