DUTIES AND RESPONSABILTIES

Managed customers' database accounts, performed customer verification and processed applications requests
Identify prospects, develop accounts and ability to respond to functional and technical aspect of customers request for quotation or enquires
Builds and maintains strong customer relationship
Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
Investigates and resolves customer problems on deliveries
Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
Maximize operating profits while gaining market share through superior customer service
To comply with company’s procedures and policies
Administrative support and perform other work related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Tertiary or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years of working experience in sales or in a technical occupation to the product or manufacturing environment
Familiar with ERP system will be an advantage
Ability to complete assignment on time
Independent, able to work under minimal supervision
Possess good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS office application
Candidate without above prerequisite experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply
