Job Description
Responsible for executing day to day inside sales and order fulfilment activities, while ensuring adherence to Company's policies and guidelines. This position must be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
Job description:
- Executing day to day inside sales / order fulfilment activities, while ensuring adherence to NOV’s policies and guidelines.
- Process Purchase Orders, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Credit/Debit Note, Invoicing
- Follow-up on company’s purchase order schedules and customers’ sales order schedules
- Purchase / Sales order delivery arrangement (compliance to company’s import / export procedures)
- Co-ordination with company’s & customers’ freight forwarders and warehouse
- Any other duties as assigned
Experience:
- At least 3 years of related working experience
Skills, Training and Specialist Knowledge:
- MS Office
- Order fulfillment spectrum tasks
- Familiar with JD Edwards system will be an advantage and desirable
