They are actively looking to hire a Sales Support / Inside Sales to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor and report of filing volume and performance
\xe3\x83\xbbB2B support in Revalidating/Reissuing/General Inquiries and Special Service Request, etc.
\xe3\x83\xbbHandle group bookings and ensuring group requests are processed in a timely manner
\xe3\x83\xbbMarket support and troubleshoot to ensure a seamless flow of information and smooth collaboration with relevant key stakeholders
\xe3\x83\xbbTicket auditing and quality assurance
\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible to guide, instruct, and lead junior staff based on experience and abilities
\xe3\x83\xbbPlay a central role in daily operations, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assist the manager
\xe3\x83\xbbHandle special tasks assigned by management and ad hoc analysis/reports

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbMore than 3 years\' experience in the Travel or Airlines Industry, Senior Executive-Level
\xe3\x83\xbbWell-versed in MS Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint
\xe3\x83\xbbGood command of English, both written and spoken to facilitate communication with English-speaking customers
\xe3\x83\xbbKnowledge of Japanese Language is an advantage to facilitate communication with native Japanese-speakers in HQ and customers
