Competitive remuneration awaits you!Your role in a nutshell: The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process - focusing on the PH market. Your passion, hustle, and desire to help us build our brand is what you'll essentially need to bring.What you will do in this role:

  • You will build the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities with focus on PH market
  • You will be handling incoming queries and build good client relationships
  • You will be ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
  • You will actively source leads from new/existing partners and customers
  • You will handle overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
  • You will maintain and update the lead generation database
  • You will achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
  • You will be responsible for market and industry research
  • You will keep up with the company's product and updates
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline like Marketing or Advertising, PR is desirable but not required
  • Your experience in the same field - at least 2 years
  • Your ability to build rapport and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Your ability to communicate well both verbal and written
  • Your negotiating skills and able to present in a compelling manner
  • Your keen eye for detail
  • Your skills in analytical and problem-solving
  • Your ability to work and fit in a team
  • Your experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
