We are fully remote across Asia and US time zones.Why does this role existReporting to the Assistant Training Manager, you will create multi-faceted, efficient, and effective learning materials using the accepted standard in Instructional Systems and Design that can transform our Virtual Assistants into highly capable, dependable, and trustworthy work-from-home individuals. This is the "value-added proposition" that we offer to all our clients.What are your responsibilities:

• Create informative and engaging learning material for people with different skill sets and areas of expertise.

• Research and recommend new training and/or learning methods/platforms and keep up with trends.

• Create effective assessments that accurately measure learners' understanding of the material as well as their ability to apply their understanding via practical situations.

• Work with Subject Matter Experts in creating e-learning courses that cover advanced topics outside of the field of expertise of the Instructional Designer.

• Maintain, revised, and update existing learning materials based on conferred changes such as change requests, process alignment, and stakeholders' requests for content and design review, modification, and/or major rehaul

• Maintain project documentation.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
*

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
• You have experience in creating and developing learning and development content.
• You are knowledgeable in course development software and authoring tools with familiarity with the SCORM format.
• You have a background and knowledge of being a Virtual Assistant.
• Tools/System Proficiency - Notion, Google Suite, Hubspot, Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphics and vector editing software
• Education required: Bachelor's Degree in any course
