RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for experience curriculum developer to develop quality content for training delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding in pedagogy and instructional strategies for developing highly experiential training experience. He/she should have the required work experience or experienced in designing and developing curriculum and courseware materials in any of the following areas:
Business related topics such as Strategies, Management, Leadership and Management etc
Conceptual Thinking models such as System Thinking, Design Thinking, and others
Organisational Development Areas
Service Innovations
Customer Experience
Digital Marketing
Financial Services
Sustainability Management Areas
Develop course proposal and learning outlines for approvals by the relevant authorities
Design and develop the course content based on requirement and deliver within required timeline
Incorporate experiential learning elements into the content
For SSG Skills Framework courses, to align to the selected skills standards
Design assessment methods to meet the requirements of the accreditation body
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably with DACE/DDDLP certifications with at least 2 years of experience in curriculum design
5 years of relevant work experience
For topics in the area of Financial Services, applicants must have relevant experience in the Finance industry
