:

Summary

To be an integral part of the insurance team, providing support across a range of key administrative activities, in a fast moving environment. This is a progressive role, suitable for someone who wishes to learn and develop within a friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• To maintain the BW fleet premium schedules
• To extrapolate data to assist in producing business unit analytics
• To review and process documentation
• To liaise with brokers over documentation
• To liaise with colleagues across BW Group as required
• To ensure all invoices are dealt with in a timely fashion
• To ensure policy documentation is filed
• To process data on IMOS and Oracle
• To send out messages to business units e.g weekend duty notices, booking conference rooms etc

Qualifications:

• Singaporean or PR only
• Adaptable
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organised / attention to detail
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop in the role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office functions
• Self motivated
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a changing environment
