Job Description
- Adecco is partnering with a Global Conglomerate. - Manufacturing Industry. We are looking for an insurance professional with a background in policy management, risk assessment, and claim management to join the team!
- As an Insurance Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of the Department and Senior Stakeholders, be the face of the Insurance Department. Responsible for managing the Group\'s insurance policies together with the team!
- Manage and optimize insurance policies, ensuring comprehensive coverage while minimizing costs for the Group\'s businesses.
- Oversee the claims process and collaborate with stakeholders for efficient resolution.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish and develop relationships with insurers, re-insurers, and brokers.
- Review of Group\'s insurance policies, to ensure it is at industry standard. Provide recommendations to senior stakeholders when necessary.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies. Possesses relevant professional certifications - Certification in General Insurance (GIC).
- More than 4 years of relevant experience in insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage firms. A candidate with relevant experience as an in-house Insurance Specialist would be a plus.
- A dedicated individual with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
