Job Description

The Integrated Marketing Communications & Performance Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of an optimal IMC mix that integrates digital and social marketing, advertising, public relations, and sales promotions disciplines to deliver consistent messages across all media. He/She understands and supports the brand vision through careful execution of design, messaging, voice and approach across all marketing efforts while working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment with key business priorities, brand and customer needs. Oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing communication and performance marketing campaigns/initiatives (digital and traditional):

  • Develops and manages the Integrated Marketing Communication and Performance Marketing strategy of assigned initiatives while keeping in mind the total brand's communication strategy
  • Ideates and leads marketing communication campaigns across all communication channels including Search, Display, Social (earned and paid), Mobile, Email and programmatic ads, Above the Line (ATL), activations, PR campaigns in close coordination with Corporate Marketing, Consumer Marketing and CRM Operations and Marketing Digital Transformation teams
  • Proposes and manages content produced for all communication channels
  • Closely monitors reports, web analytics dashboards, budgets, campaign performance, ROI and other channel metrics while recommending step changes and enhancements as needed
  • Use a data driven-approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Works closely with third-party agencies, internal teams and stakeholders during planning, execution and monitoring to ensure objectives and key results are met
  • Handles the strategy and implementation of digital infrastructures / marketing technologies with Marketing Digital Transformation, as necessary
  • Attends project briefings and represents Marketing in working committees.
  • Ensures that effective systems and work processes are in place.
Competency Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience in the marketing/advertising industry and digital marketing:
  • Communication strategy development
  • Campaign development and execution
  • Experience in growth and performance marketing
  • Communication Campaign strategy, development and execution
  • Digital Marketing and Media Planning (Social Media, Paid Advertising)
  • Public Relations
  • Managing marketing budgets
  • Real-world skills on the application of the concepts surrounding Integrated Marketing Communications
  • Strong project and program management and organization skills given multiple projects with varying completion dates
  • Excellent proofreading, copywriting and verbal skills
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per monthBenefits:
