Job Description


Overview: The Business Integration Lead is a leadership role amongst different stakeholders, including Clients, internal account, creative, cross domains. He/she is a key driver of business integration, capability and skill sets to drive seamless E2E brand experience.

The Integration lead has full delivery responsibility for the business, bringing in the best of WPP/Ogilvy to the table and the right skill sets to deliver smart solutions to the clients and ensuring key interlocks between teams deliver a seamless E2E brand experience. Beyond integration, he/she will be responsible for the oversight of projects and work closely with project management leader.

The Integration Lead works closely with the VP/Business Lead on the overall strategic direction of the agency client partnership and day-to-day agency client management. He/she forms key relationships with the senior people across Opcos of the WPP Group and works to integrate and deliver client solutions.

The Integrations lead has a strong understanding of Brand Management, and the business E2E process and Project Management, being able to develop and deliver brand and business solutions. The Integration lead should be someone who can handle client and internal pressures and demands to balance agency commitments and brand needs.

Responsibilities:

E2E Business Integration

  • With the Client Group (CG) leader, responsible for E2E integration and direct contributions to the agencies commitments to deliver outcomes
  • Work with relevant opcos / parties to identify best capability and skill sets to match brand needs and deliver growth solutions
  • With the Business lead and Project Management to ensure work flows seamlessly and key interlocks to shape the deliverable and E2E experience, are met
  • Independently and in partnership with the appropriate WPP partners, develop, a working relationship and build a true partnership with key talent / capability leads
  • Management and handling of key Client briefs, projects and requests, including the refinement of the above working with teams in key markets and the hub lead
  • The typical day-to-day management of clients / project requests including guiding project management team.
  • Manage Client’s expectations especially during key interlocks between capabilities / services to stay aligned with Ogilvy’s deliverables and quality commitment

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor Degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
  • Industry experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in communications or related field; industry experience preferred
  • Experience and Proven excellence in Integrated business leading
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to speak knowledgably with high level executives internally and with Clients
  • A positive attitude and growth mindset – is inclusive and is a global citizen
  • Goal-oriented, organized and dedicated, proven track record of successful business operation and development
  • Understanding of channels and media especially will be an added advantage, so will be the experience of working on CPG category.
