The Role Responsibilities
Strategy

  • Accountability to deliver integration and cutover activities related to SuccessFactors EC on time / budget and in respect of governance / compliance requirement.
  • Planning for delivery and executing per the plan.
  • Proactively identifying risk issues and dependencies related to the SuccessFactors programme.
  • Mobilising relevant stakeholders on delivery and issue resolution.
  • Keeping Technology and Business stakeholders and programme executives abreast of progress, risk, issues and dependencies.
  • Deputise for and assist Head of delivery on running of the SuccessFactors programme where necessary.
Business
Responsibilities include
  • The delivery of Peoplesoft migration to SuccessFactors.
  • Understands HR and T&I scorecard deliverables.
Processes
  • Understands all Technology related standards, including SDF, ICS.
People and Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
  • Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
Risk Management
  • Be aware and mitigate risk involved in system implementation

  • Lead the HR CIO Function to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles. Fair Outcomes for Clients, Effective Financial Markets, Financial Crime Compliance, The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
  • Work closely with HR Stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategy.
  • Engage with third-party vendors as appropriate for the project.
  • Own and manage the project plan, financials, projections, issue/dependency tracking, resourcing and timescales for the Project.
  • Provide leadership on Change Management for relevant projects. Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Is the Leader across the project team by acting by example, providing timely decisions through structured problem solving and team engagement.
  • Execute & implement a standardised Operating Models and Procedures including resource management approach for new products and processes being delivered by project.
  • Co-ordinate and develop executive briefing materials for the senior management promoting and reporting on the project/programme to key stakeholders.
  • Provide ownership and control of audit requirements within the programme working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the programme\xe2\x80\x99s Continuous Improvement initiatives including lessons learned, identifying opportunities for A3 improvements and provide collaboration link to other teams including Central Squad initiatives. Lead and mentor team members in communications and best practice as required.
  • Advocate delivery excellence, minimising delivery risk.
  • Follow the bank\xe2\x80\x99s project methodology and drive enhancements to it where appropriate.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders: Business, Fellow Change leaders inside and outside of CIO HR.
  • Timely and clear communications to the stakeholder community.
  • Manage projects in line with ePMO standards. Ensuring Clarity is up to date including Project static, RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked and reported to the appropriate governance bodies.
  • Ensuring that all submissions to committees and working groups (PED, Refinement Forum, Closure Reports, Benefit Reports, Progress Reports, etc.) are of the right quality and are timely.
  • Implementing project closure procedure.
  • Review, control and report on financial status of the individual components and overall workstream as per the bank\xe2\x80\x99s standards and workstream governance.
  • Ensure measures \xe2\x80\x93 as per the bank\xe2\x80\x99s standards, are in place and workstream governance \xe2\x80\x93 for benefits tracking are implemented end-to-end.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 15+ years of experience in delivering SAP/SuccessFactors in the Banking industry, focused on Integration solution delivery
  • Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is preferred
  • Stakeholder management experience working with senior level stakeholders to deliver change.
  • Strong experience within the HR related technology
  • Rigorous approach to management of project delivery methodology.
  • Proven experience with co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment.
  • Proven skills in co-ordination, staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Leadership skills to coach, co-ordinate and grow a successful delivery team.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community.
