A strategic and influential Creative Director to shape the future of our Food & Beverage design projects. You will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable, narrative-driven environments within the luxury hospitality and gaming sectors. Your leadership will be essential in defining our creative vision and delivering spaces that resonate deeply with guests.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the overarching creative vision and design philosophy for all F&B interior projects.
• Champion the transformation of brand essence and business objectives into compelling, three-dimensional experiences.
• Steer the design process from initial concept ideation through to meticulous on-site execution, safeguarding the integrity of the vision.
• Provide inspirational leadership, mentorship, and creative direction to a talented team of designers and architects.
• Act as the primary creative voice in client engagements, building strong relationships and presenting visionary concepts with persuasive clarity.
• Spearhead innovation by integrating emerging trends in hospitality, F&B concepts, and sustainable materials into our design solutions.
• Uphold the highest standards for all visual presentations, design documentation, and deliverables.
• Ensure the successful delivery of multiple high-profile projects, adhering to strategic deadlines and financial parameters.

Required profile
Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years in the interior design industry, with at least 5 years in a senior creative leadership capacity.
• An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a history of groundbreaking and realized F&B projects.
• Expert knowledge of spatial planning, hospitality-grade FF&E, architectural lighting, and materiality for luxury venues.
• Outstanding ability to lead, inspire, and communicate a vision to internal teams and executive clients alike.
• High proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
