Job Description
Requirements
- Must have experience developing concept, tender, and shop drawings for interior fit-out (plan, elevation and detail)
- Must have a sound knowledge of carpentry works
- Must have a good understanding of the termination of materials
- Must be an expert with CAD and REVIT softwares
- Must be good at document control
- Must be meticulous and detailed
- Must be open to learn
Responsibilites
- Follow project developments closely and update drawing sets accordingly
- Identify and rectify variations between 2D and 3D drawing sets
- Check for clashes and generate visual reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure shop drawings capture provisions for their needs
- Document control management
- Prepare and coordinate design and working drawings during design, documentation and construction stages
- Any other tasks given by supervisor
