Interior Designer Drafter (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
Job Summary/ Purpose:
- Adapting new concepts into new locations
- Prepare detailed drawings and rendering
- Adapting layout drawings into new locations
- Assist with tender documentation and detailed drawings
- Ensure site compliance with design specifications and building regulations
- Other related ad hoc duties as assigned
- To be meticulous in the checking of drawings in accordance with prior standards
- Research and propose of new layout, design, and fixtures
- Research and propose of new materials
- Research of retail design trends and brands
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in interior design or a related industry
- Prior experience in retail interior design would be advantageous
- Possess a good understanding in space planning, conceptualizing, material, colour usage, etc
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3DS Max (preferred with V-Ray), and sketch-up are essential
- Creative, meticulous, a team player, motivated with a positive attitude, and with an eye for detail
- Well-organized, solution-orientated, vibrant, outgoing personality with a great personal style
- Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
- Ability to multi-task and work with a tight timeline
