Responsibilities

Initiate and handle sales inquiries with the director
Six to eight projects can be handled concurrently at most.
Create a design proposal or moodboard based on the requirements provided by the homeowners.
Layouts for 2D spatial plans have been developed.
Create BQ quotes.
For a minimum of five years, construction of condominiums and single-family homes.
Communicate with vendors clearly so that you can satisfy the client\'s needs.
Make sure the entire onsite project is completed by working with the project manager.
Make plans with suppliers to deliver on-site work at the highest possible standard.
If necessary, accompany the client when selecting materials, accessories, and furniture from the businesses listed.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
