Responsibilities

Together with the director, handle sales inquiries.
The maximum number of concurrent projects to be handled is six to eight.
Make a design proposal or moodboard based on the homeowners\' specifications.
2D spatial plans have layouts that have been created.
Build BQ quotations.
Construction of condominiums and landed homes for at least five years.
Be effective in your vendor communications so that you can meet the client\'s needs.
Work with the project manager to ensure that the entire onsite project is finished.
Make arrangements with suppliers to ensure the highest standard of on-site work delivery.
When choosing materials, accessories, and furniture from the businesses listed, if necessary, go with the client.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
