Job Description
We are seeking an Interior Designer to take on a key role in delivering design solutions for our hospitality projects. The position covers the full design process, from concept to completion, with a focus on FF&E and space planning and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead concept development and spatial design for hospitality and FF&E projects Translate design intent into drawings, sketches, and detailed documentation Develop space plans and furniture layouts tailored to hospitality requirements Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals for client approval Conduct weekly site visits to review progress and ensure design quality Oversee design development from concept through construction detailing to tender Review and approve shop drawings, material samples and finishes for accuracy Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align with design vision Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
Proven working experience as a Senior Designer/Intermediate Designer, preferably in a similar industry or firm for at least 4 years Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and PowerPoint Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and clear communication skills Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification for hospitality interiors Demonstrated creativity and strong design sensibility, with keen attention to detail Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively * A portfolio of completed interior design projects is required
