What the role is

The intern will be attached to Tote Board\xe2\x80\x99s Grant Management Division \xe2\x80\x93 Compliance & Systems Department to support the team Data Analytics for Reporting Project Description: The intern will be attached to Tote Board\xe2\x80\x99s Grant Management Division \xe2\x80\x93 Compliance & Systems Department to support the team in:

• To apply data analytics to assess the impact of the EFR programme and to aid decision making for programme policy review
• To implement a reporting dashboard for reporting purposes to internal and external stakeholders

Project Requirements:

• Design/build a dashboard to mine data from multiple data sources and present information for decision making
• Enhance and automate offline trackers to enhance monitoring of FR case administration
• Develop data models to anticipate impact of changes to policies and programme parameters
• Consolidate and analyse large sets of data
• Create reportng dashboards to enable efficient decision making by various business owners
• Carry out analysis such as monthly/annual trends and reporting of KPI against target and identifying possible issues throughout the month
• Perform data quality checks across all reporting systems to ensure integrity of reports published

The intern should be :

• Available for a minimum of 10 weeks
• Preferred profile of Interns: Data Science & Analytics (DSA) or Business Analytics (Year 2 and above)

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs/pain points
• Design data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, streamline grant management operations and reinforce compliance safeguards
• Be involved in various aspects of the data management life-cycle within a gran management context
• Gain in-depth understanding of the internal and external reporting requirements
• Work closely with and understand various stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 needs/ requirements for key decision-making
• Enhance interdepartmental co-ordination skills and presentation skills
