Responsibilities
- Source for new qualified vendors to invite for tender and onboard them in the Zycus platform,
- Prepare contract document award to vendors
- Liaise with Operations department on variation requirements, raise variation orders for approval,
- Create purchase orders and change orders in Yardi
- Assist in tender/quotation calling for Opex and Capex term contracts
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Facilities Management, Integrated Events & Project Management, Real Estate,
- Possess analytical skills and good written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sensitive with numbers, detail-oriented and meticulous
- Positive learning attitude and pro-activity in completing assigned tasks
