You will be supporting the team in the evaluation and administration of the CapitaLand Innovation Fund (CIF) and the Customer Services and Solutions (CSS) functions including Voice of Customers surveys.
Responsibilities
- Support the CIF team with the applications of innovation fund, monitoring of existing pilot progress, organises site visits and other initiatives
- Support the CSS team with industry research, process improvements and the Voice of Customer survey using customer feedback to identify service gaps
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and updates to internal stakeholders
- Create video clips, digital materials and maintain website content etc.
- Organise and support events
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Communications, Media, Business Administration or any other related disciplines
- Curiosity, openness to ideas and resourceful to research/understand competing ideas
- Keen to develop project management skills and confidence to network with internal and external parties
- Tech savvy and creative
- Driven and passionate about innovation
