JOB DESCRIPTION
This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the identification of new sustainability policies, rating systems and guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the identification of building technologies and solutions relevant to these sustainability policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the acquisition and analysis of building data and commercial outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with the Enterprise Solutions team on the integration efforts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare presentation materials relevant to the above. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding on sustainability global trends and shifts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding on impact of building solutions in sustainability performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding on the interaction between user-centric designs and solutions, and sustainability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Architecture, Business, Engineering, Real Estate and/or Sustainability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and self-motivated.
