Responsibilities

Build and enhance econometric models

Interpret and analyze data from multiple industry research databases and help with turning data into insights

Present data-driven recommendations to the business teams

Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects

Requirements

Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Real Estate or any other related disciplines

Interested in Real estate fund management and investment management domain

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
