Responsibilities

Participate, contribute and gain an in-depth understanding on the implementation of digital solutions

Participate, contribute and gain experience in real life project management such as business user requirement, detailed project plan, milestones, issues and resolution management

To facilitate between the service provider and business users on User Acceptance Test (UAT) test plan, timeline and oversees UAT progress

To assist project manager in conducting functional, user experience, compatibility, security test of existing and new systems

To understand the solution architecture of various systems and assist project manager to ensure the workability of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s proposed solution

To learn and manage project change requests

To provide post-implementation user support

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering

Basic IT Software Lifecycle knowledge

Project Management and testing experience is an advantage

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
