What the role is:As a Digital Media Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our social media team in executing various digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analysing performance metrics. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the dynamic world of social media marketing.What you will be working on:A. Content Creation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ideating and developing content for MOM\'s social media platforms \xe2\x80\xa2 Production (including filming and editing) for short-form videos/reels on Instagram/TikTok \xe2\x80\xa2 Designing materials for social media (i.e. infographics, carousel posts) \xe2\x80\xa2 Capturing photos or video footage at MOM events for posting on IG/TikTok B. Campaign Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the social media team in coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms using management tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor campaign performance and provide real-time support to ensure smooth execution and optimal results. C. Research and Trend Analysis: \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in social media marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance our social media presence and effectiveness.What we are looking for:Strong video production skills (filming and editing), strong design capabilities using Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva, good command of the English languageAbout Ministry of Manpower:The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) aims to develop a productive workforce and progressive workplaces, for Singaporeans to have better jobs and a secure retirement.
